Our promise
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll make it right. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging. No questions asked.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original Kosy Jewels pouch and packaging. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Custom or personalised pieces are non-returnable.
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 1–2 business days. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We're happy to exchange for a different size or style where stock allows. Email us first to check availability before sending your item back.
If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. Please email us with photos and we'll sort it out promptly.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days from our Melbourne studio. During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day) please allow an extra 1–2 business days.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to update it. Once dispatched, we're unable to redirect parcels.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?
Check with neighbours and in any safe drop locations around your property first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes — Australia Post delivers to PO boxes for both standard and express services.
Will I need to pay customs duties on international orders?
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We're unable to predict or cover these charges.
