All Kosy Jewels pieces are handmade in small batches in our Melbourne studio. Because each piece is made by hand, there may be slight variations in finish, texture, and dimensions between individual items. These variations are a natural feature of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colours and finishes accurately on our website, but the appearance of colours may vary depending on your screen settings. If you have questions about a specific piece before purchasing, please get in touch.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a store credit, or a full refund.

All prices on kosygroup.com.au are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your order. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment details are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case we will issue a full refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, including the delivery address and any size or variant selections. We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been dispatched.

If you notice an error in your order immediately after placing it, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

We ship from Melbourne, Australia. Delivery timeframes and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed — delays may occur due to carrier issues or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the carrier.

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in our shipping fees.

We want you to love your Kosy Jewels piece. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details of our returns and exchange policy.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items show signs of wear or damage.

Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and damage caused by improper care are not covered under this policy. Please refer to our Jewellery Care Guide for guidance on how to look after your pieces.

All content on kosygroup.com.au — including product photography, descriptions, branding, and design — is the property of Kosy Jewels and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Kosy Jewels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
